Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using CrowdCloser ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What CrowdCloser Is
CrowdCloser is a private membership platform that connects real estate deal makers, cash buyers, and service providers. We provide tools for networking, deal tracking, and communication. We are not a licensed real estate broker, lender, or legal advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CrowdCloser. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Free Trial
New members may access a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. One free trial per email address — trial abuse is prohibited. Alternatively, members may select a paid plan at signup and receive a 30-day trial period, after which their card is charged at the plan rate.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize CrowdCloser to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
When you cancel your subscription, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Your account will remain active with full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. At that point, your subscription will not renew and your account will be downgraded. We do not provide partial-month refunds under any circumstances.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. Referral Program
CrowdCloser offers a referral program where members can earn free months of service by referring new paying members. The referral program, including its rewards structure and maximum stack limit, is an early adopter benefit and may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion. Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent deals or information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the platform infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial restrictions
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post on CrowdCloser (deals, buy boxes, messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant CrowdCloser a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Disclaimers
CrowdCloser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the platform will be available at all times without interruption
- That any deal, buyer, or service provider listed will follow through on a transaction
- The accuracy of information posted by other members
All transactions between members are solely between those members. CrowdCloser is not a party to any deal and bears no liability for outcomes of member transactions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdCloser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost deals, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account or by contacting us at crowdcloser@outlook.com. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. The cancellation refund policy in Section 4 applies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
